El Dr. Elvis Arturo Herviz Pérez candidato a la presidencia municipal por la coalición PAN, PRI y PRD, recorre las calles de la comunidad de Tula, recibiendo gran aceptación de la gente.
Los ciudadanos reconocen el trabajo que el médico sin ser autoridad a realizado en favor de la gente, el apoyo a la salud, con consultas, medicamentos, atención de emergencias, son acciones que la gente ha resaltado en esta campaña.
El médico de profesión Elvis Arturo Herviz señaló que el tema de la salud será el eje primordial de su gobierno, no solo las obras públicas que si bien son importantes, también lo es la salud de la gente, tener medicinas y atención médica.
En su recorrido hubo quienes le refrendaron su apoyo y solicitaron solución primordial la tema del canal que afecta en la temporada de lluvias, por ello el médico se comprometió con la gente a qué así será en su gobierno.
